These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the ccbaji platform ("Platform", "Website", "we") and every individual who uses its services ("User", "you", "member"). ccbaji provides online gaming and betting services to the Bangladesh market.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password, giving it to others, or allowing someone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the ccbaji support team immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account. ccbaji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is proven that the loss was solely due to ccbaji's own negligence.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

ccbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Technical or security-related reasons.
• During the course of an investigation.
• At the user's own request to close their account.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The supported payment methods for depositing funds on ccbaji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100. Funds deposited into an account must come from an account owned by the user. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

ccbaji does not charge any fees on deposits, though the payment provider's own charges may apply. Deposited amounts are generally added to the balance instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ccbaji offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳37,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must place bets totalling ten times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is not permitted until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• If the balance reaches zero before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ccbaji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without notice.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of a promotional offer is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Loyalty Program

ccbaji offers weekly cashback across four VIP tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier is entirely at ccbaji's discretion and is determined based on regular gaming activity. The specific cashback terms may change.

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet is considered valid only when the system confirms it has been successfully accepted and displays confirmation. Bets that are not confirmed due to network errors or technical issues will be considered void. ccbaji will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors.

6.2 Grounds for Bet Cancellation

ccbaji reserves the right to cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• Where incorrect odds or information are displayed in the system.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed.
• If evidence of manipulation or match-fixing is found.
• If a user intentionally exploits a system error.

6.3 Game Results

• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of minors.

In the event of any of the above violations, ccbaji reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.
